Avyian Eldridge recently completed his senior project, successfully facilitating Davenport School District's annual collection of items to support KREM 2's "Treats 2 Troops" donation drive, which spreads holiday cheer to our area troops who will be stationed overseas during the upcoming holiday season. Donations ranged from handmade cards and patriotic VFW essays to toiletries and food items. Over 1,000 items were collected and will become gifts for Fairchild Air Force Base troops stationed overseas during the holidays.
